Fantastic opportunities for an experienced or trainee Mortgage Consultants to join a very well established Corporate Estate Agency.
Based in the Plymouth area you will be required to provide mortgage advice to new and existing clients in their top performing office. Working closely with the Negotiators within the branches you will be dealing with various types of mortgages and associated protection products.
Ideally you should have an excellent understanding of the mortgage market and the associated protection products and have the confidence and experience to deal with clients at all levels. You must be qualified to CMap level and have exceptional sales skills. If not FPC or CMap must be willing to sit these exams after training.
In return you will receive a competitive basic salary depending on experience, a commission structure with OTE of up to 30K and a mileage allowance.
