MORTGAGE SALES MANAGERS
Locations: CHICHESTER: GLASGOW: GREAT YARMOUTH: ROMFORD
Salary: £40/50,000 plus Bonus & excellent corporate benefits
Working for a top High Street Bank, you will be leading a Mortgage Sales team, to ensure the effective, efficient and compliant delivery of mortgage sales. You will work collaboratively with Regional Mortgage Sales and Network Area colleagues, to achieve agreed goals and maximise market opportunity.
To be successful for consideration, you will have previous sales management and people management skills, preferably in a similar banking environment, with a proven ability to drive performance. You will need to have experience in managing people in remote environments and be able to provide governance, team direction, coaching and development, along with effective recruitment and induction. You will have the aptitude to accurately check regulatory sales paperwork and observe regulated sales interviews.
You will be CeMAP/MAQ qualified with previous experience in mortgage management.
