You will take the lead in business development, partnership management, tenant engagement, commercial management and best practice in delivery.
You will will have a large network of contacts in the public sector within the area of construction and repairs to public sector properties, both housing and non housing. You will have won great partnerships, and secured £M`s of contracts and be looking to now take the lead in this area locally. You will also contribute to the best practice blueprint and work as part of a national team.
Candidates MUST have experience of working in the planned or responsive repairs to public sector property portfolios.
