Maintenance Manager
We require a conscientious and committed Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for ensuring that the home, the plant and equipment within are maintained to a high standard and remain fully functional at all times. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of property maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc) with a good understanding of property services, relevant safety legislation and robust record-keeping.
Good team-working skills are essential. You will ensure that all mandatory safety checks are regularly undertaken and records kept. Good written skills are required in order to fulfil the record-keeping aspect of the role.
