Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor Salary: c£35,000 (depending on experience, maybe more for the right candidate) + Benefits (Blue chip package)
12 month contract to start, excellent chance of being made permanent, progression available for the right candidate The Company: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor Blue Chip Company with impressive track record. Company are operating in a very stable industry sector with excellent opportunities for long term career progression. The Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor Support the Engineering team with the management of plant overhauls which will be carried out by a team of up to 100 people (contractors and own team). Close liaison with the Engineering team to make efficient use of the pooled assistant engineers during peak of work. Managing a team of 8 maintenance staff and additional contractors as and when required. The Candidate: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor
HNC or above in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical engineering or related is essential.
Experience gained in a heavy / medium industrial environment is essential (coal, steel, chemical, power, automotive / electronics)
Experience of leading teams of maintenance technicians is essential.
