Major Account Manager - New Business Hunter
Our client is a leading telecoms company, owing to expansion they are currently recruiting for an experienced Major Account Manager for their Sales and Collaborative Services function.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Major Account Manager is responsible for the acquisition and growth of major Global Enterprise accounts. Products include Global Converged IP services such as VOIP, IPVPN, IPVideo, dedicated internet access and remote VPN as well as network services such as Private Line, Frame Relay and ATM
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 5-8 Years recent telecommunications sales experience (Voice, Global Data,
• IP, ATM/Frame Relay, etc.)
• Must be a strong team player with a commitment to value based leadership
• Self-starter with experience and desire to acquire new business
• Adept at prospecting, funnel management and closing business
• Expertise in the areas of Data and/or IP are required
• Demonstrated success as a top sales performer, consistently exceeding quota
• Strong Data and Managed Services competencies including: Global Private Line, Frame Relay, ATM, Internet, VPN, Hosting
• Strong Account Management and client interface skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong sales opportunity analysis
• Strong proposal development
• Strong Closing skills
• In depth understanding of client business drivers, strategy and buying cycles.

Minimum Education Requirements:
HS Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

The package on offer range from: £Negotiable basic + £7.8K Car + OTE Uncapped + Bens package. THE TOP SALES PERSON ON THIS TEAM HAS A P60 SHOWING EARNINGS OF 300K.
