  • The role includes the following tasks: - providing Governance, Risk and/or Compliance advice to clients; - drafting written reports; - presenting to clients and colleagues; - analysing problems and regulatory failures - determining root cause analysis - working in large, complex projects as part of a team; - identifying opportunities on projects to assist our clients in other areas.

Our Senior Associates are key members of the Regulator team supporting the delivery of a wide range of assignments. Requirements

2.1 Degree Qualified Relevant professional qualifications eg Securities Institute Diploma, Compliance Diploma, FPC etc

Financial Services Experience

Successful candidates will have:An excellent grasp of the current regulatory framework and the issues facing regulated firms;A sound knowledge of the key processes and products sold by financial services businesses;The confidence and skill to interpret and discuss the implications of regulatory developments;Practical experience of supporting the delivering of successful regulatory projects and / or change initiatives;The ability to identify opportunities to improve our clients' businesses; Adaptable and creative approaches to solving client challenges.Responsibilities We are looking for people with relevant Finance experience. Relevant industry experience is preferable, but is not essential.You will be responsible for both being part of delivery teams and potentially leading small PwC and Client delivery workstreams and teams. Amongst others, projects will include:Shared service centresOutsourcing Corporate performance managementManagement informationProcess engineeringTarget operating model designYou will be comfortable reporting directly to senior PwC staff, liaising with PwC colleagues across different disciplines and, crucially, you will be comfortable working directly with senior client finance management.

You will also support broader business development and market based initiatives, using your knowledge and experience to develop and enhance client propositions

Delivery Skills - The ability to use our industry and technical skills to better deliver practical solutions that are valued by the client.
