Management Development Trainer - Nationwide Opportunities - Leading Organisation - Job Role
Your remit will be to deliver the Leadership Development curriculum to the management community across the Retail network including Store Managers, Area Managers and Store Directors. This is very much a 'hands on' training role that will involve going out into the business and delivering innovative and practical training / learning solutions to ensure that managers are developed to the highest level.
My client places a heavy emphasis on the development of their employees and as such your role will be an essential part of ensuring their continued success within the Retail sector.

* High level of expertise in training delivery within broad experience in the Retail space
* Sound knowledge of Learning and Development frameworks
* Certificate of Training Practice or other relevant qualifications are highly desirable
* Exceptional communication and team working skills
* Strong commercial acumen and awareness
* Well organised with high attention to detail
* High levels of drive, determination and tenacity with a 'can do' attitude
