The Role
General Manager for one of their high volume stores in Bristol. As an General Manager you will be responsible for the restaurant, all staff, financial control and ensuring every customer leaves happy.
About you
As the successful General manager you must be working at a management level, or equivalent. You will have experience managing and developing people and will be able to provide examples of this. You will be a warm and empathetic with your team and customers. The ideal General Manager will be from a branded background within full service or quick service restaurants, pubs or bars. You must have experience working to budgets and have had full control over the P&L recently and can show examples of sales growth, tight controls and conversion on the bottom line.
The reward
You can expect a starting salary of up to £28,000 plus bonus. You will be part of an international brand with security and stability. You can expect great training and ongoing development and a real opportunity to progress into and area or operations role.
