Recognised as one of the world's leading retail franchise partnerships, this business is looking for a Managing Director to come on board and spearhead their Fashion and Footwear division in Dubai.
You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Brand Development
- Business Planning Process
- Deliver Budget P&L
- Maintain & Develop relationships with key suppliers / country distributors
- Team Building, Organisational Development & Succession Planning
- Performance Brand Review - Objectives and Standards
- Property Strategy
- Mix: 70% Strategic, 30% Operational
To be successful in this role you will have strong commercial retail exposure in the fashion retailing industry. Your track record will demonstrate your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate and manage clearly and effectively.
