We are looking for a thoroughly inspirational and dynamic figurehead to lead an SME organic clothing company.
A visionary who can drive sales through franchisees, long term strategy, commercial acumen, self motivation and a dedication for developing a multiple disciplined business.
The ideal person will have a good grasp of the UK retail sector, excellent franchising knowledge and good operational management experience. Good communication skills and a proven track record in achieving sales growth are essential.
This post will be available in January 2010 and might be attractive to an experienced MD or equivalent looking for a 2/3 day a week opportunity moving towards a full-time role by the summer of 2010.
This privately owned company is performing well and set for further growth in 2010, by exceeding current turnover, achieving optimum margins and re-investment in line with business plans.
