My client is looking to recruit a Managing Director to be based in the Midlands.
Due to the current Managing Director moving to become company Chairman, the company is now seeking an exceptional individual to succeed him and continue to push forward with their exciting plans for the future. Reporting to the Chairman, responsibilities will include:
- Leading the complete organisation, ensuring it meets its present and future customer needs
- Updating, agreeing and delivering the Business Plan and Budget
- Leading and motivating a highly experienced team to secure the best interests of the company and its customers
Potential candidates will have 'board level' experience and will have a successful track record of driving growth in this demanding sector. Whilst previous success in the food sector would be an advantage, it is not essential for a role that requires attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and the determination to succeed. You will be an excellent communicator with colleagues and customers, and be able to motivate and inspire a highly successful and committed team.
