· Key Responsibilities
·Generate labels from Map 80 (e.g. CDs/ Sterile)
·Pick raw materials from raw material store
·Transport raw materials to manufacturing room
·Weigh (and package raw materials where appropriate) to Manufacturing Formula
·Take returned raw materials and locate back in raw material store
·Transport dispensed raw materials to relevant area (e.g. CD safe)
·Clean workstation, equipment and environment in accordance with SOP
·Perform daily calibration checks on scales in accordance with SOP
·Complete paperwork for cleaning and calibration
·Carry out Cycle Count checks in raw materials store
·Investigate any discrepancies arising from Cycle Count checks
·Identify and replenish consumables (e.g. bags, boxes and tubes)
·Investigate and reconcile dispensing discrepancies on MFG/PRO
·Carry out automated weighing activity
·Ensure weighing of all raw materials for controlled drugs are signed off by PTM or Pharmacist
- Ensure that manufactured products are made to the highest standard under the guidance set by the senior technician team and standard operating procedures.
- Maintenance and delivery of high quality products within the department, understanding the importance of in process documentation checks.
- Maintain highest standard of Health and Safety within a GMP environment.
- Preparation of equipment for the daily schedule in accordance to standards that are maintained by Standard Operating Procedures and cGMP.
- Segregation and organising equipment product types and cleaning appropriately according and to the standards maintained by Operating Procedures.
- Liaise with adjoining departments to ensure a standardisation quality of products is produced though alteration of methods and documentation if procedures are followed correctly.
