MARKET ACCESS ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
MEDICAL COMMUNICATIONS

£40-50K + CAR + BONUS
A Blue-chip Medical Communications Agency needs a Market Access AD to further accelerate its market access offering across Europe, developing and delivering market access business opportunities on current and new accounts.
Education & Experience - You should have
·Understanding of the key European health systems and major health issues
·Understanding of how to keep abreast of key European health systems and policies
·Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and product marketing
·Understanding of communication agency activities
·The ability to understand healthcare system changes and translate their implications for the pharmaceutical industry into a jargon free communication
·The ability to identify healthcare system and policy opportunities and threats for specific pharmaceutical industry disease areas and develop solutions that will capitalize or minimize them accordingly
·The ability to engage with European pharmaceutical brand teams across disciplines and proactively identify opportunities for the agency
·Leadership and communication skills that enable matrix working across multiple internal teams to deliver high quality programmes that meet the needs of the client
