Marketing & Research Role for an established market leading Ground Rent Investor based near the Camden area.

This vibrant medium size company has a fantasic work/life balance, and a sociable culture.

You would be working as part of the acquisitions team and particularly closely with the sales staff. You would be reporting directly to the acquisitions Director.

• Research using Internet, trade databases and publications in order to locate new ground rent purchasing opportunities
• Database management and updating
• Locating and cold calling new prospects in order to obtain leads for the sales team
• Entering all new prospects onto our customised in-house data base system
• Coordinating mailshots and emailshots
• Producing & maintaining list of leads for sales team using an external trade database system
• Coordinating occasional marketing event if required
• Identifying managing agents and insurance wholesale prospects
• Identify and report on market trends

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Research/Marketing experience and/or qualification preferred

- Good written & verbal communication skills

- Excellent telephone manner

- Good reporting skills

- Fast typing skills an advantage

- Self motivated and enthusiastic

- Highly organised and can demonstrate persistence and drive
