Officeteam's client are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to commence November 2010 for a 9 month fixed term contract. Our client are based in Leeds City Centre and specialise within the medical industry.
The RoleOfficeteam are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant on behalf of our client who would need the individual to commit to a 9 month contract covering maternity leave.Our client's Marketing Department are expecting the successful candidate to provide administrative support to the Product Managers, Marketing Executives and Regional Co-ordinators, working within the medical industry. You would be expected to deliver excellent customer services and provide a confidential and professional service between internal and external customers.Duties for this role will include managing specific projects that support the Marketing Department, managing incentives, operating and collecting data relating to marketing schemes, maintaining departmental filing systems, research and booking travel arrangements for all marketing staff and the sales team.Our client would ideally like the successful candidate to have had knowledge of working within a Marketing Dept and/or a Medical background.
Salary & Benefits
