European Team AssistantOur client – an expanding pharmaceutical company based in Hatfield – is currently seeking a dynamic, candidate to join their marketing team.
Main Purpose of Role:
-Provide hands-on marketing project management for two brands
-Provide one on one administration support to the Commercial Department
-Provide international conference meeting and organisational support to the two Brand Teams
-To provide administration support to the European Brand Manager
Main duties/responsibilities:
-Manage and track expenditure v budget for the Brand Team
-Arrange and co-ordinate presence at international meetings
-Arrange and co-ordinate sourcing of items for display on exhibition stands
-Secretarial support
-To provide assistance with respect to creation or editing of presentations
Qualification and Experience required:
-Previous experience working within a marketing assistant role (or similar experience)
-Experience with organising medium to large scale meetings
-Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Intermediate presentation skills and knowledge of budgetary procedures
Pharmaceutical experience would be advantageous.
