Marketing Assistant – North Oxford
Our client specialises in the design, manufacture, sales and support of innovative products for the proteomics and chemical marketplaces. They are a growing business and require the following full time position within their Oxfordshire office.
The primary role will involve all aspects of the organisation and co-ordination of the company's presence at trade shows and conferences worldwide.
The role:
You will be joining a small marketing team responsible for the placement of adverts and articles, dealing with PR companies, promotions and the generation of company product literature.
The candidate:
·A self starter with a creative and artistic flair who is capable of understanding basic scientific technical information and should enjoy working and communicating with people around the world.
·Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory with additional language skills seen as a benefit.
·The candidate should be able to demonstrate good computer skills, to include the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, the Internet and potentially Photoshop or similar graphic design software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
·Marketing experience is obviously an advantage
