A major Oxfordshire publisher in the educational sector has created this exciting new Marketing Executive role in order to manage their continuing growth. The purpose of the role will be to ensure that all events are marketed effectively, maximising attendance and minimising cancellations. The role also has a focus on digital marketing, including responsibility for all email campaigns and the company website.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working with the Conference Managers to ensure that the most market-focused marketing copy is available for all events;
- Ensuring that accurate and appropriate copy is available and up to date on the company website to promote all events;
- Marketing of the business website through dedicated activities and liaison across the company;
- Planning, delivering and analysing e-marketing campaigns throughout the year;
- Managing customer data for direct marketing and e-mail campaigns.
This is a varied and challenging role that would suit a motivated and enthusiastic candidate looking for their next marketing position with more variety and responsibility. You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent, and will have previous marketing experience. A sharp eye for detail combined with creativity and versatility are essential for this role.
Experience of evaluating market and customer data, creating targeted campaigns and delivering email marketing would be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a growing, successful publishing organisation. The salary on offer is in the region of £20,000 to £22,000 depending on experience.
