This is an exciting opportunity to progress your Marketing career working on behalf of a growing and dynamic business as Marketing Manager. Our client, design and manufacture own brand fashion accessories, supplying them to independent and multiple specialist high street retailers throughout the UK. Over the last year the company despite the economic downturn the company have continued to expand returning a significant increase in T/O andhave recently been awarded independent supplier of the year (within their sector). To accommodate and facilitate further growth they now seek a Marketing Manager to head up their marketing team.The role of Marketing Manager will be responsible for a diverse cross section of marketing responsibilities taking a hands on role in the production of marketing literature (brochures, seasonal promotions, flyers etc), PR and Editorial promoting the company / brand to the trade, POS merchandise for instore deployment and all that is involved in Exhibitions. This exciting marketing opportunity would suit an experienced Marketing Manager or Marketing professional capable of working autonomously, integrating into a small team, working within in a fast paced environmentand who is willing to role their sleeves up to utilise their skills across a wide variety of marketing projects. You will be skilled in using Photoshop, as you will play a central role in the production of brochures, literature etc.

As Marketing Manager your duties will be all encompassing to include:
§Managing the production of an annual brochure / catalogue, including organising photo shoots, image selection, designing and formatting the brochure itself.
§Writing editorial, advertising copy and press releases.
§Producing advertising copy / images for Trade Journals.
§Designing and overseeing production of POS merchandise – Stands, Showcards etc
§Taking full responsibility for the companies presence at exhibitions from stand design to product selection, organising the team etc.
§Working alongside a Product Management team and managing and motivating a Part Time Marketing Assistant Organising competitions & promotions.
We seek a proven marketing specialist with a track record of leading a marketing function within a small company environment or the ability to apply there experience to this type of working environment. Experience of working with a fashion related or consumer product would be ideal but is not essential. Ideally you will be Degree qualified with additional professional marketing qualifications excellent writing skills, and a current and working knowledge of adobe photoshop. Of equal importance is a willingness to work hard, contribute to the team effort and maximise the full potential of this exciting role.
