Marketing Manager Fashion/Retail £38-48K
Stylish and feminine ladies wear brand with a strong presence on the highstreet seeks an established and passionate retail Marketing Manager with a strong fashion marketing background.Managing a team of 4, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the full Marketing mix.
Responsibilities to include:
·Responsible for visual imagery of the brand, managing creative agencies for all photo shoots from concept to production.
·Planning and booking all media schedules
·Providing all tools, PR, Advertising etc required to support international partners includes meeting ad hoc needs and sign off of all external advertising.
·Strategic planning for the brands Card Programme – driving footfall and sales, continual review of performance of the card & recommendations for future strategy
·Utilising customer profiling information to feed back into the business
·Web site re-launch design and build and ongoing Marketing strategy including creating content and keeping the site up to date.
·Briefing and sign off of all on-line seasonal updates plus weekly e-mail communication and content.
·Negotiating 3rd party promotional and above the line
·Ensuring maximising on Marketing spend from PPC and SEO campaigns
·Direction over affiliate programme and recommended affiliate partners to oversee brand alignment.
·Maximise VIP card marketing strategy via on line channel
·Helping to direct PR strategy in support of web launch.
·Overseeing Marketing strategy for launch new product developments and sub-brands bringing together inter departmental teams, PR, Marketing VM –Creating the strategy communication and roll out.
·Agency management including PR, Media and Production agencies
·Negotiate sponsorship opportunities and partners and maximise on the potential for the brand.
·Flagship events and major store launches
·Oversee all local marketing
·Support all PR Fashion Show activity
