Our client Cyrus Audio is a leading Hi Fi brand. Its products consistently win awards around the globe, confirming its position as a world class business. Due to their continued success they are seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to make their mark at the organisation, helping to drive the growth of the business.
Leading the way in design, manufacture and production of premium audio systems, Cyrus has a long standing reputation in the Hi-Fi industry. The current range holds a number of 'best in class' industry awards including the 2009 'What Hi-Fi' CD and amplifier Products of the year. With its strongest ever line up of products, Cyrus is looking to leverage this to grow a whole new generation of Cyrus customers. The main driver behind this will be the implementation of a CRM strategy with an emphasis on the acquisition and retention of a prospective customer base.
This new role will see you co-ordinating all marketing activity ensuring consistency across the various elements of the organisation with an emphasis on direct marketing, web management and media liaising. You will manage the implementation of the CRM strategy, including the creation and implementation of customer communication programmes, and ensure the business is taking full advantage of its online presence. You will liaise with retailers to pool resource and co-ordinate with their marketing activity. You will help, develop marketing collateral and sales literature, and go about creating interest in the business and its products from the non specialist consumer press.
Of particular importance will be the individual's ability to work to a very broad agenda, be entrepreneurial in their approach and have the drive and resilience to "make it happen".
Previous B2C experience is paramount to this role, with a preference for a background in luxury goods.
