We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for our expanding, busy and well established client just outside of Ilminster.
The main duties of the role will include:
Management of the Marketing Team, and organising the department to ensure developing innovative marketing strategies in existing markets
Managing inter-department relationships with focus on the sales team and product development
Conducting market research and proactively identifying market opportunities
Creating and developing a dynamic marketing plan, monitoring and making adjustments where necessary; including web marketing
managing external agencies to implement effective marketing activity across the marketing mix
Growing brand awareness, analysing and reporting on market trends and competitor activity
Coordinating and developing printed and electronic literature/promotional material, liaising with internal graphic designer and external agencies
Copywriting for literature/promotional material
Management of company database and CRM Software
The ideal candidate should have a background in retail/trade and market knowledge and ideally with a CIM qualification or equivalent experience.
Salary 30K-40K depending on experience.
