About Our Client
Our client currently has fantastic growth in the Interiors fit out and fabric sectors with a £3m turnover. They are now looking to acquire a Marketing Manager to work from their Bromley base. The company are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive their thriving business to new heights and help the organisation achieve their growth targets for 2009 and in to the future.
About the Role
* Deliver marketing strategies in the fit out and building fabric strategies targeting the public sector as well as driving the business in to the unchartered commercial sector
* Bring in new contracts worth up to £700k
* Manage the new business pipeline
* Opening new doors for the company in the building sectors
* Developing relationships with new and existing clients and gathering sector intelligence
About the Candidate
* A good knowledge of the hospitals and museum sectors with a bias towards building fabric repairs, and interiors.
* A demonstrable track record of successfully generating new business
* Confident communicator across all levels of the business
* Excellent communication, technical writing and IT skills
* Proven Business generation track record
* Client liaison skills
