One of Oxfordshire's most prestigious legal firms is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their busy team.Based in our client's impressive, purpose built offices in a convenient location, the role will involve taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Marketing function and delivering the full range of marketing activities across all departments.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing tactical marketing plans across all departments;
- Monitoring development plans for key clients and targets to identify/create cross-selling marketing opportunities;
- Assisting partners/lawyers with the writing and production of tender documents;
- Writing/editing content and supervising the production/distribution of newsletters and brochures;
- Maintenance of the firm's website;
- Identifying direct mail opportunities and producing mailing literature.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive, broad marketing experience within a professional services environment - professional services experience is essential for this role.You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, and will possess experience of managing a team.Excellent communication skills are necessary for this position, along with effective time and project management skills.
The salary on offer for the role will be up to £35,000 plus excellent company benefits, including generous holiday allowance, life insurance, pension scheme and healthcare.
