Our client is currently looking to appoint a Marketing and Development Manager. This role is for a new company being established to meet the needs of London Authorities in their provisioning of outreach services for young people.
This company is being formed and this post will therefore have a responsibility to assist in the development, direction and growth of the company from its inception. The candidate will therefore be of excellent ability and will be able to develop links with stakeholders on behalf of this company and begin to establish a reputation and name for quality services.
Purpose of Role:
To develop a new service for London Authorities in outreach and supporting services to young people.
Priorities:
* You will be instrumental in designing and meeting the company's vision to promote and develop outreach services across London and other areas as defined by the business development plan.
* To plan and implement innovative marketing, communication and relationships with key stakeholders to meet the objectives of growing businesses throughout London authorities and establish the vision of the company as a new and competent, quality provider to those authorities.
* To develop the company brand, devise and produce unique marketing materials, and raise its overall profile through efficient and effective information sharing and advertising.
* The post holder will work in close consultation with the senior management team, reporting directly to the Director and contribute to the overall development of the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will essentially have proven experience in:
* Marketing Management
* Public Relations and Networking
* Dealing with Children and Young Adults with Disabilities and / or Behavioural Issues
