Role - Mechanical Design Engineer (Pressure Vessel)
Location - Manchester
Salary - DOE
We are currently seeking a strong mechanical Design Engineer to work within an experienced design team. This company offer bespoke low volume, high value products to the pharmaceutical, food and biotechnology sectors.
As a Design Engineer you will be involved in the design of components and complete new products as well as the modification of existing products. This is a full life cycle role, from conception to completion including attending client meetings where required.
You should have a minimum of a HND in Mechanical Engineering and have experience in the design of components such as pressure vessels, sheet metal, pipework assemblies and BOM is essential.
You will need to have Pressure Vessel design experience working to PD5500 or PED standards.
