Job Role

As Mechanical Estimator you will be responsible for the entire tendering procedure, from the receipt of initial documentation through to final adjudication. You will be responsible for assembling a multi disciplinary team which will construct the tender, managing that team, and overseeing the ultimate presentation of all estimates on plumbing and heating installation / service and maintenance Social Housing contracts up to £1m.
The ideal Mechanical Estimator will have a proven track record in a similar role. Strong organisational and presentation skills are essential.
