Mechanically biased maintenance team leader

An automotive research company is currently recruiting for a Mechanically biased maintenance Shift leader to join their team based from their Hertfordshire site.

The role will involve supervising a team of multi skilled shift engineers ensuring all plant and equipment is running effectively, carrying out PPM and attending breakdowns.

The successful candidate will ideally be apprentice trained and have some experience in a similar role. A background in industrial manufacturing or the pharmaceutical industry would put you at a distinct advantage.
