This team plays a vital role in ensuring all campaigns are delivered and optimised according to their objectives and the agency sales teams are assisted in the processing of all proposals. They will respond to queries from agencies and direct clients regarding: credit queries, under delivery and under performance. They will work with ad ops and agency sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Media Account Manager is responsible for multiple partners programs and coordinating all aspects of the campaigns for a number of UK accounts.
You will fully understand contractual elements, coordinate all communication between the company and the client and provide proactive guidance and recommendations to meet all contractual obligations.
This will include detailed coordination with the relevant internal teams' members and with the external client and agency contacts assigned to manage the contract.
You will monitor program performance and provide comprehensive data, stats and client feedback and use this data to perform ongoing program optimization to better meet client objectives.
Working with the Sales team and Operations, you will be responsible for Campaign management, media planning, revenue recognition, invoicing and all other related initiatives associated with properly managing an advertising program.
