get right. It is important to understand how the sector operates and so it is
most likely that you will have worked in the media field either as a recruiter
elsewhere or at a media owner prior to recruitment although that could be in
broadcast, national press, B2B, consumer, outdoor or digital.
The client is open as to whether to take a hungry
and motivated junior recruiter or an experienced player and as result the
salary level will vary depending on level of experience but will in either case
be competitive and generous.
