An extremely fast paced telephone based sales role to work for a leading name within an expanding Bolton based media and publishing company, which is still experiencing growth and success despite the recent economic climate. Currently seeking highly motivated individuals who have previous business to business or business to consumer Telemarketing / Telesales experience or individuals wanting to establish a career in sales.

As a Telesales Executive within the Print Advertising Department you will be responsible for selling advertising space within a specialist publication primarily dealing with business to business clients. This is a full sales cycle opportunity. As a proactive sales candidate you will have a passion for developing new business over the telephone to promote the companies full range of advertising services. Currently seeking sales professionals who can assess the client’s needs using effective questioning techniques. A 100% phone based sales role.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Selling advertising space within a specialist publication.
  • Cold calling to canvass new business
  • Dealing with existing clients regarding their advertising requirements
  • Developing new business leads through outbound telesales enquiries.
  • Applying consultative sales and questioning techniques, establishing need, promoting relevant benefits to fully educate the client on the range of advertising solutions available and close sales.
  • Achieve set targets and work to deadlines
  • Secure long term contracts and constantly aim to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify client needs; negotiate packages to work in line with every budget and overcome objections.

Requirements

All Candidates must possess the following:

  • A passion for establishing a career within a fast paced sales environment.
  • Candidates with previous business to business or business to consumer telesales executives will be at a distinct advantage (however this is not essential as any candidate with the drive and determination to succeed will be considered).
  • Cold calling and lead generation ability.
  • You will possess an excellent telephone manner with the ability to develop sustainable relationships.
  • Requires the ability to form and maintain excellent working relationships and continually meet client needs.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, be self motivated and target driven and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You will have the ability to work within a fast paced, driven sales environment and possess an ambitious and self motivated attitude.

£14,000 - £17k Basic (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission (realistic 1st Year £20 - £23k OTE) + Career progression + Full in-house training will be provided
