An award winning independent Medical Communications agency has the outstanding opportunity for an experienced Medical Writer to join the team based in the Cambridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a writer looking to expand on the therapy areas and projects they are currently working on and join a company that is committed to driving business forward in 2008.
As a Senior Medical Writer you will have the opportunity to work over a range of projects such as conference materials, peer review manuscripts, news articles and slide kits. The successful candidate will be involved in liaising with clients and contribute to business pitches where appropriate. This opportunity also offers the chance to travel internationally, attending conferences and symposia on an average of six times a year.
To qualify for this role you will ideally have at least 2 years experience within a Medical Communications Agency and have a degree in a life science or similar discipline. The ability to successfully liaise with clients and KOL's will be a distinct advantage and it is essential that the candidate has a sound understanding of the industry. Confidence and a team player attitude are traits highly desired by this agency.
