Our client is one of the UK's leading and most innovative health and fitness operators. They are currently looking to recruit a member services manager to join their management team in their site based in Epsom. The position is a maternity cover post.
You will be responsible for dealing with motivating staff, training, membership administration, retention of members and positive promotion of the club. You will also be responsible for directly managing the front og house team on site and ensuring impeccable customer service levels are adhered to and also delivery of a first class service, in addition you will be responsible for managing the site in the absence of the general manager.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, leadership skills and have the drive to take responsibility for the club. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years management experience preferablly within the sports and leisure industry, however this is not essential and candidates with experience within other sectors will be considered.
