Here at Le Bureau we have an open plan office filled with many different small companies and independent workers. We provide an environment dedicated to like-minded people, bored of working from home or in tiny and unimaginative offices. This place is more like a boutique hotel, in that clients are our top priority.
We are looking for a "Member Services Manager" to run the office on a day to day basis; and manage the members and office. Your responsibilities would be wide-ranging and encompass the full running of the business. Some of your tasks are social; some involve forms, database work and invoicing, and others are just simple tasks like keeping the coffee machine full of beans and ensuring the printer/copier is full of paper.

Role Requirements
Your job as the Member Services Manager will be to facilitate the needs of the current members, actively seek and induct new members and fulfill general office duties. You will be responsible for such things as:
*Email management
*Replenishment of kitchen stock (coffee, tea, hand towels etc)
*Client tours of the office space
*Inducting new members/organisations
*Meeting room bookings
*Ordering required items and handling purchase orders
*Assisting members with their requests and questions
*General housekeeping duties
*Organising member events, such as afternoon drinks
*Keeping the office, meeting room and kitchen tidy and presentable at all times
*Small amount of IT related work, such as phone setup, internet trouble shooting and use of a patch panel
*Effectively communicating between the members, reception, building management and the director
*Sending, receiving and distributing mail
*Care and maintenance of a cappuccino machine
Experience & Skills Required
*A management background in the office and/or service industry is preferable (experience in a business center or serviced office complex would be perfect!)
*Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English) and basic maths ability
*This is a very interactive role, so you must be a people person,
*Self motivated and the ability to work unsupervised.
*You must have a reasonable aptitude for learning some basic technical knowledge to do with computers and phones. Training will be provided.
Hours are 08:30 am to 06:00 pm Monday to Friday.
