We are recruiting for an outgoing confident Membership Adviser to be part of a successful team to work for a very prestigious hotel near Cheshire within the hotel there are additional features including, top notch bars and restaurants and the hotel is situated in a beautiful location. The leisure Club has top notch equipment including sauna and steam room and specialist treatment rooms to make sure your stay at the hotel is both luxurious and relaxing . Our client prides its self on offering pristine facilities to its guests and members.
Your duties will include supporting the quarterly sales and marketing plan implemented by the Leisure Club Manager. Ensuring the minimum data is captured - name, address, email address and mobile number, to be fully aware of all promotional activities to ensure they are correctly implemented and actioned, fully utilise the membership prospect database ensuring that the data is always accurate, to maximise the response time to an enquiry is 1 hour, to assist members and prospective members in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Member and guest satisfaction should be monitored using reflective feedback (ad hoc and using external benchmarking tools). Deal with complaints / problems politely and make every effort to resolve these. Customer Comments - review weekly feedback with the Sales Team Leader and action where required, fully adhere to the relevant sales systems and procedures. Deliver the clubs membership target and ensure sales standards are adhered to. Treat the business as if it where your own and working to targets in line with non-negotiable and including all Leisure Club related Health & Safety obligations and Licensing Laws and be aware of and operate the hotel cash handling and security.
To be successful at the role you must have worked as a Membership Adviser within the leisure industry our client consistently offers the highest professional standards of service for the guests and maximises the profitability and you must be able to prioritise your time and duties as well as having great attention to detail for this role .
You will need to have flexibility on hours working a 25 hour week role will involve working evenings and weekends depending on business needs.
