Our client is looking for an experienced Membership Coordinator to join their busy and professional company. Your will be required to support the Sales Manager ensuring that your centre achieves sales and income targets and delivers the centres annual membership targets.
Your duties will include
• To proactively promote the business
• To update and maintain knowledge of the industry, the company, competitors and your product
• To understand your centres business objectives
• To maximise the promotion of your centre
• To Manage and Maintain customer data bases
• Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
• Making outgoing sales calls to businesses and the public
• Working to monthly and quarterly sales targets
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
• Experience with membership sales
• A can do attitude
• Self motivated and be able to motivate other team members
• Have experience at all communication levels
Salary- £15,000 basic, £20,000 OTE
