Are you a Dynamic and Proactive Sales Manager who delivers good support to your team and is target and business orientated?
My client, a high-end leisure facility with a wide range of facilities, is currently recruiting for a focused and experienced individual to lead their sales team and drive the business forward.
With a hugely proactive approach, your focus will be on lead generation from the local area including corporate and residential markets. You will ensure that you and your team produce good call and appointment levels from which to convert new members as well as delivering against daily KPIs.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of face to face selling, managing a team and lead generation campaigns.
