Job Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen as a merchandiser. You will be tasked with Implementing merchandising plans to deliver a high level of customer service through the appropriate channel. Identifying opportunities to improve performance whilst delivering inspiring merchandise standards compliant with regulatory requirements. You will also develop, motivate and manage the team to deliver the defined category sales and profit targets. You will have 1direct reports and report directly into the Supply Chain Director.
The successful candidate will currently be working as a Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandiser and will have experience of supply and inventory process knowledge.You will be highly numerate with strong analytical skills, experience in non food would be helpful

A competitive salary, between £20,000to £30,000 + Bonus and Benefits
