Rare opportunity for an experienced Microbiologist to join a well-established organisation as an Applications Specialist.
You will provide technical support and expertise to scientific organisations across the UK in both microbiology and mass spectrometry.
You will develop applications in new and emerging areas, demonstrate technology and techniques and prepare and deliver training courses.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have industrial micro experience. Previous exposure to mass spectrometry is not essential as full training will be provided, however candidates should have a genuine interest in gaining skills in this area.
Candidates should expect to spend 40-50% of their time at client sites.
