all relevant documentation ,

experts ,

round table meetings
-briefing
counsel
-advocacy
incourt
Essential –
Solicitor / Barrister / or equivalent in other jurisdiction
-if a foreign qualified lawyer
, a commitment to undertake the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and to apply
for admission to the UKroll as soon as
reasonably practicable
-1 years post qualification
experience in child care law
-Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
