Our Client one of the best performing building maintenance service providers are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Gas Engineer to work on their client’s multi-tenanted offices across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area.
Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be carrying out Planned and Reactive maintenance on commercial boilers.
You will also be involved in all aspects of mechanical and electrical servicing, including maintenance and breakdown repairs of equipment from heating systems, fire alarms, air conditioning, emergency lighting and general electrical and plumbing work.
Ideal Candidates will be from a building services background and as a Gas engineer you must hold current, valid commercial gas tickets, including COCN1 or ACS. Commercial, domestic tickets will also be an advantage but not essential.Must also have good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical servicing and maintenance
This is a day’s position with with a competitve salary
