Our Clients are looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join them on a full time employed basis working from their Morley office in Leeds.
The company is a very succesful and one of the U.Ks leading Estate Agencies which have offices across the U.K. and they are looking for a candidate who would like a career rather then just a job.
The position comes with a very good basic salary of £20k plus commission with a O.T.E of £45k in the first year.
You will need to be sales driven and self motivated and have good leadership skills,with a proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser.
Experience in a Estate Agency enviroment is a bonus.
Also the career prospects with this company are very good and there is a chance of going into Management after you have proven yourself as a mortgage Adviser.
You will need full Cemap or FPC or CF/Cefa qualifications to apply.
