Kingston-Knight Consutlancy are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a thriving Brokerage based in Southampton:
You will be required to maximise sales of Mortgages and insurance leads, supervising all cases through to a smooth and successful completion whilst ensuring that all of the client’s key requirements are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess the viability of ‘leads’ that are generated and contact clients accordingly to establish their Mortgage requirements.
Ensure that you ‘Know Your Customer’ and document their key requirements whilst preparing any potential deal – can we match the client’s expectations?
Take clients through the fees that are connected to the application, confirming this information in writing via use of the Key Facts document.
Prepare your client for the subsequent appointment, including the format and the documentation that is required.
Provide the Representative with all of the information that they require to complete the application correctly.
Ensure all documentation is posted or emailed to the client in line with the department SLAs.
Review applications when they are received in the Office to ensure that the deal can proceed as planned.
Salary
up to £22k Basic realistic OTE £40k+
