| Job Description : | Our Client, a major IFA practice, affiliated with one of the South East region Estate Agents is looking for qualified Mortgage Advisors.
Mortgage Advisor Position:
To provide advice and assistance to clients in arranging their mortgage and protection requirements and to advice on other areas of their financial planning where appropriate.
Main responsibilities of this Mortgage Advisor position: - Achieving targets set
- Liaising with Lead providers
- Building good rapport with Estate Agent branches
- Compliant sales
- Compliant packaging
- Maximise cross selling
Skills required for this Mortgage Advisor role:
Financial services experience
Sales experience
CeMap qualified
Estate Agency experience preferable but not essential
Full Driving Licence
Package:
Basic salary
Commission structure with uncapped OTE
Benefits package after qualifying period
