Mortgage Adviser urgently required to work within one of the largest estate agents in Leicester in either a town centre office or an office in the surrounding areas of Leicester itself.
An opportunity to earn in excess of £40,000 working on a self employed basis under the umbrella of an established agency with the potential to achieve high earnings, with high commissions being paid depending on experience, ability and results.
Working within an estate agency branch you will have ample opportunity to arrange mortgages and protection for purchasers, vendors and applicants. Advisor's must also be prepares to work with estate agency staff to encourage referrals and lead from the front.
Candidates must have at least 2 years mortgage broking experience ideally within an estate agency office and writing a minimum of 80 mortgages PA, or commission income of £60K PA, and must have a proven track record of protection sales, min conversion of 60% protection to mortgages.
The successful candidate will be a self starter, with the ability to get on and do the job with minimal management involvement.
This could also prove to be a good opportunity for sole traders who are finding the current environment tough and want to work under the umbrella of a larger organisation.
