About the role
Armed with some of the best mortgage products in the industry, you’ll meet with customers in your branch to work out their exact mortgage needs and how best to meet them. While mortgages will be your specialty, you’ll also advise on everything from credit cards to insurance policies. And when you’re not in one-on-one customer sales meetings, you’ll be in the banking hall sharing your expertise with colleagues and customers alike.
You’ll be coached and managed by an Area Sales Manager and work to specific sales targets. Meet them and we’ll reward you with an individual bonus.
About you
Sales experience is a must and a background in financial services a definite plus. But most important of all are highly-developed customer service skills and plenty of self-motivation. In return, we’ll not only help you broaden your knowledge of the mortgage industry with full sponsorship to gain your CeMap qualifications. We’ll also give you a lot more to aim for.

About your rewards

Basic salary up to £21,978 pa. Total package for high performers up to £35,612 pa.
