Leeds Building Society requires Mortgage Processors to work within our Lending Team at our Leeds Head Office. Your role will include responsibility for ensuring effective administration in all areas and full compliance with Society audit requirements. You will have full responsibility for the processing of mortgage applications from new and/or existing customers from receipt to completion in accordance with the Society’s service standards, FSA guidelines and Lending Criteria.
To join this team you will need an understanding of the mortgage process and lending criteria. As well as the ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively. PC literate, you'll also have effective abilities in Leap, Excel, Quest, Windows, M-Store and Workflow.
The successful applicant will be an excellent organiser, good at communicating at all levels and be fully computer literate working with speed and accuracy. An understanding of the mortgage process and lending criteria is desirable.
