Large financial organisation, based at Thames Valley Business Park in Reading, are currently looking for Mortgage Sales Associates to work on a temporary basis initially, with the potential to go permanent next year.
Job Role:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound calls from current or potential mortgage and savings customers.
- Point of contact for all mortgage visitor/prospect/post completion customers
- Keep product and regulatory knowledge up to date.
- Servicing customers mortgage accounts post completion.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner while maintaining company standards of excellence.
- Manage sales pipeline and perform outbound duties to keep customers updated on application status and/or information gathering.
- This role is working 37.5 hours week on a rota basis. The department is open from Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm and a Saturday from 9am - 2pm. You will be expected to work approximately every other Saturday.
Key Skills/Experience:- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Min of C grade in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
- CeMap or committed to obtaining the certificate
- Mortgage sales experience, ideally within a call centre environment
- Excellent customer service skills
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be a team player and have excellent organisational skills.
