As a Mortgage Sales Manager within this High Street Bank you will be leading a team of Mortgage Advisers and ensuring that they are providing comprehensive mortgage advice to both individual and corporate clients.Your experience will be first class within customer services.
You will work closely with your team and as their Mortgage Sales Manager you will provide guidance and training to ensure that they are meeting their customers’ needs and also achieving targets in sales and growth, ensuring you meet your business plan and KPI’s as well as your recruitment targets.Currently you will be meeting your targets and ideally be placed in the top quartile of your company.
The company offers in return an excellent package for their Mortgage Sales Managers including a great bonus scheme, private health, pension with a base salary of between 40k – 50k.
